I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how many people are tangling with or trying to change the visible parts of their lives without ever really learning how to work with the invisible parts.
In the Gītā there is an image: an upside-down aśvattha tree. The invisible roots of the tree are rooted in the Divine and the branches and leaves are extended downward into the world. I’ll share more about this later.
For now, I’ll just say: the unseen shapes the seen. The seen is rooted in the unseen.
This is true spiritually, emotionally, creatively, relationally… honestly in almost every way.
I have an idea to offer some short, focused coaching containers. Three sessions in a month. We go in, do some serious work, and get out.
I’m not interested in helping people merely “cope better”. I’m interested in helping people come back into conscious contact with what is deepest, most real, and most sacred inside them.
God.
Shakti.
Soul.
Love (capital L).
Truth (capital T).
Purpose (capital P)
Whatever language you use.
And connect with the deeper realm not just as an idea, but as an actual lived experience.
A lot of people are exhausted right now. And not just physically. We’re spiritually exhausted. Emotionally fragmented. Cut off from ourselves. Pulled in a thousand directions. Constantly stimulated on the outside but inwardly starving.
Spiritually, we’re a little sick.
And weirdly, many people already kind of know what they need to do.
What they lack is support.
They lack depth.
They’re missing a real relationship with practice.
So they are missing a real relationship with the Unseen (capital U).
For most of my clients, my private work happens inside longer containers (3-6 months). But right now I’m feeling called to open a few smaller containers for people who want focused support without making such a massive commitment.
So I’m opening a handful of spots for June.
3 sessions for $900.
We can do them in person here in Ojai, or do them on Zoom, or even do them on the phone.
It’s not “coaching.”
It’s not therapy.
It’s not some productivity thing.
It’s real spiritual work. Together. We move shit. We open shit. We realign what needs to be realigned.

Listening for what is true.
Strategies for bringing life back into alignment with what really counts.
