Meditation and Spiritual "Healing" - It's real
A little bit about the work I do with people and groups
Healing
Over the nearly 30 years I've been teaching meditation and doing spiritual work with people, one thing has remained clear: meditation is far more than a self-improvement technique. It is a sacred, radical, deeply healing practice.
When we talk about healing, especially spiritual healing, what do we mean? We’re not just talking about relief from symptoms, calming down, etc. Healing, in the truest sense, means coming into wholeness. It means remembering who we really are—beneath the identities we've performed, the pain we’ve carried, and the conditioning we've inherited. And meditation, when done with the right orientation, becomes one of the most powerful ways to access that wholeness.
Like many of the practices from the yogic traditions, meditation was never meant to be a performance or a productivity hack. It was designed to help human beings remember our divine nature. Enlightenment, liberation, spiritual realization—these were the goals. The side benefits—better sleep, less anxiety, improved focus, a stronger body—those came along for the ride.
And yet those side benefits are often what draw people in. That’s okay. We meet ourselves where we are. But I want to offer a vision for something deeper. Something more meaningful. Especially if you’re on a healing journey.
Meditation Interrupts the Machine
We live in a world that is not designed for human thriving. Modern society encourages just enough functionality to keep us consuming, producing, and repeating. It doesn’t ask us to heal. It doesn’t ask us to be whole. It asks us to keep going.
Meditation interrupts that.
When we sit in meditation, we step outside the stream. Even for a few minutes, we stop participating in the machine of doing and become available to something else—something quieter, older, more true. That interruption alone is a form of healing. It softens us. It opens a door.
But the real healing comes when we learn how to go deeper.
Beyond the Surface
Many people treat meditation like a pause button. We close our eyes, follow our breath, feel a little better, and then return to the fray. That’s fine. It works—until it doesn’t.
The deeper layers of meditation require us to look within and see what’s really there. That’s where my work comes in.
Over the decades, I’ve helped hundreds of people not just learn to meditate, but to heal through meditation. That means learning to move through the layers of the self—from the outer life, to the body, to the energetic and emotional body, and finally to the deep causal layer where the soul lives. It means learning how to meet what’s stuck, what’s armored, what’s been gripping for lifetimes—and soften it. Invite it into love.
Meditation can do this. But not every kind of meditation does.
Real Support for Real People
I don’t teach meditation as a technique. I offer it as a pathway to personal revelation. For those who work with me privately, I bring 30 years of experience and a whole lot of heart. I offer deep care—ongoing support, personalized practices, check-ins, and mentoring as you walk through the fire of your own transformation.
Most of the people who work with me do so over 2–3 months. In that time, we work not just with meditation, but with all the layers that affect your practice: your physical body, your energy, your emotions, your relationships, your purpose. This is whole-self healing, anchored in a spiritual path.
It’s not therapy—but it works alongside it beautifully. It’s not religion—but it honors the sacred. It’s not coaching—but it’s deeply supportive. It’s spiritual mentorship in the most grounded, personal, life-giving way I know how to offer.
If This Resonates
If you’ve been curious about meditation, or you’ve tried but struggled to go deep… if you’re navigating healing or heartbreak, transition or awakening… if you’re craving something real and ready to be met in your wholeness—I’d love to talk.
You can apply to work with me privately [here]. I only take a handful of new clients at a time so I can give each person the care they deserve.
